Neurological Rehabilitation
Physiotherapy support for movement, balance and functional independence following a neurological condition.

Neurological rehabilitation supports people living with, or recovering from, a condition affecting the brain, spinal cord or nervous system — helping to work on movement, balance, coordination and everyday function.
Why home-based care matters here
Practising movement and safety in the environment you actually live in — your hallway, your bathroom, your stairs — is often more valuable than practising in an unfamiliar clinic space. It also allows family members or carers to be shown, first-hand, how to support you safely between visits.
What to expect
Your HSR physiotherapist will complete a detailed assessment of your movement, balance and goals, then agree a realistic, paced plan with you. This is reviewed regularly and adjusted as your needs change. This service closely relates to mobility and balance support, and family or carer involvement is always welcome where you’d like it.
