Rehabilitation Programmes
A structured, progressive exercise plan built around your goals, reviewed and adjusted as your recovery moves forward.

Recovering strength, movement and confidence after an injury, surgery or a period of reduced activity usually takes more than a single visit. HSR’s rehabilitation programmes give you a structured plan built specifically around your goals, current ability and home environment.
How the programme develops
Your physiotherapist sets a starting point based on your assessment, then reviews and progresses your exercises at each visit as your strength and confidence improve. Because sessions happen in your own home, your programme can use your actual stairs, furniture and daily tasks — meaning the exercises translate directly into things you need to do every day.
Where this is commonly used
Rehabilitation programmes are frequently built for people recovering from surgery (see post-operative rehabilitation), returning from a sports injury, managing knee pain, or recovering from an ankle sprain or strain. Your plan is always specific to you rather than a generic exercise sheet.
